Our classes are geared to adults aged 18+! No experience needed!
Mondays 8-9PM: Latin Fusion with Cristina (Four Valley)
Learn the basics of Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, and Reggaeton in a high-energy class where great music meets good vibes—no partner needed!
Tuesdays 8-9PM: Contemporary/Jazz with Victoria (Rutherford)
Enjoy a blend of high-energy dance that has a liveliness that sets it apart from traditional dance forms, such as classical ballet with the fusion of contemporary characteristics of contract, release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation.
Wednesdays 8-9PM: Ballet with Victoria (Rutherford)
A modern take on classical ballet foundations.
Thursdays 8-9PM: Barre Flow with Tracy (Four Valley)
Enjoy a seamless fusion of barre fitness and mat work, creating a powerful, fluid workout that strengthens, stretches and tones. With graceful yet intense movements, it builds core strength, improves flexibility and boosts endurance!
